climaxtube takes copyright protection seriously. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and respond to valid claims of infringement. If you believe your content has been uploaded here without authorization, you can file a notice using our contact form.

Filing a Notice

Your request must contain all of the following details in order to be processed:

1. Your contact details
   Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Description of your work
   Identify the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed. A list may be used if multiple works are affected.
3. Location of the infringing material
   The exact URL(s) where the infringing content is located on climaxtube.
4. Good faith declaration
   A statement confirming that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright holder, their agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy declaration
   A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Signature
   An electronic or physical signature. A typed name is acceptable as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice through our contact form. The counter-notice must include:

1. Your contact details.
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A sworn statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court where your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where climaxtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
5. Your signature, either electronic or physical.

We may restore the material within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless notified that legal action has been filed.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly submit or upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing material may also be removed without notice.
